Plank Ski Abs(L/R) to Jack

Tuck Abs (advanced, hold med ball and on the out tuck toss ball up and catch) OR
Overhead Abs (lay down with med ball overhead, tuck it in and get up with med overhead)

Up Down Plank to Push Up
