Warm up and Cool Down

Warm Up Routine: Complete 2-3 Sets of the below

15 count Running

15 x Body Weight Squats

15 count Butt Kicks

15 x Straight Arm Jacks

15 count High Knees

15 x Crab Jacks

15 x Cobras



Cool Down Exercises: Complete 4 Sets of the below

3 X Breath => Low Squat

R/L Straight Leg Stretch => Runners Stretch => Low Lunge Stretch

R/L Flamingo

Low Squat => R/L Shoulder Stretch BREATH!
