Strength and RAWR Work Out!

Negative Set Reps starting with 10

1-Tuck Jump Reverse Lunge: From kneeling => jump to a squat: Clean and press WOC=>reverse lunge
2-Tricept Dips: Be creative
3-Upright standing Rows: Using WOC
4-Exploding Upright Row: Burpee (on to sandbag)=>into squat=> Upright Row WOC to standing
