1) 20 But kicks + 20 High knees

2) Push ups

3) 10 R Coconut Crushers + 10 L Coconut Crushers

4) Press and Clean using dumb bells

5) Squat and Press

6) 2 R Leg Tri Drip + 2 L Leg Tri Drips
