4) Elevated Plank Knee Tucks – Elbow & Cross (Alternate between L&R Legs)
5) Touch Floor Jumping Jacks
7) Tuck Jumps (Squats if your prego)
9) Criss Cross Reach Through Abs (Alternate between L&R Legs) (Prego=Plank version)
End with 500 High Knee Skips
