6min action and 1 min rest X 2

1) 6 back lunge  to same leg round house (inward to outward) using equalizer

2) 6 Star jumps

3) 6 Push Ups Leg Raise (one leg push up, same leg into chest, switch) 

4) 6 knee ups using equalizer
