WARM UP
10 straight leg inch to push up
10 deep squat
10 reverse lunge
10 side lunge
5 RDL stretch R
5 RDL stretch L
5 Runners lunge stretch, elbow to windmill R
5 Runners lunge stretch, elbow to windmill L

ZWOW work out #1
*50 Champion Burpees
10 Jump Tucks
20 Jump Switch Lunge
30 Table Kickups (L and R = 1 rep)
40 Jack kicks (low jack to side sumo kick)

End with 10 more Burpees
