10 min Interval Training (No rest) 30sec ea move back to back - no rest!
Low Jacks
Flying Jump Lunge
Side Burpees Pushups
Superhero Holds
We added 50 of each move (the jump lunge was l+r=1) + a minute superhero + 1mi We also added to the heros the up and back handoff.
