2/18 8 is great 10 times (body weight)

For time! Got good and sweaty. This is something I threw together. I'm pretty happy with how it flows from one move to the other. AGAIN

10 Rounds

8 plank jacks
8 Pike Push ups
8 leg lifts
8 frog jumps (forward + back = 1)
8 burpees (add push up if you like)
