10 Monster Plank: Push up, Ski Abs (L/R), Tuck Ab, Wide Tuck => 5 Bend Over Rows (Free Weights)

10 Monster Abs: 10 Side V Abs + 3 Jump Tucks (Alting Left and Right Sides)

10 Jump Squats (Holding Wts)

10 Sumo Squats (Holding Wts)

10 Pulsing Squats (Hold Wts)

12 Switch Lunges (W/O Wts)

10 Sit ups

10 push-ups
