2/17 Out of Town Workout
For time! Got good and sweaty. This is something I through together. I'm pretty happy with how it flows from one move to the other.
8 Rounds
8 plank jacks
8 Pike Push ups
8 leg lifts
8 frog jumps (forward + back = 1)
8 burpees
