20 high knees (L+R=1)
10 Tricep dips


BONUS AB Workout

2 rounds
5 Ab busters (Ab toe touch, Straddle, ankle touch = 1)
10 completion Abs
20 elevated Knee tucks to oblique (alternating)
20 Side Plank toe touch (5 L + 5 R)
