100 reps of 4 x 25 split intervals of each :)
3) 100 left Leg Bridge (Shoulders on ground)
4) 100 Right Leg Bridge (Shoulders on ground)
End on
5) 15 Push-Ups & Plank Hold (- for the count of 10)
Think about each set how your going to do these spot on. When your thinking you can't, don't want to....think about a person in your life who has faced real hardship and never once complained and quitting wasn't an option. Draw from their strength.
