3. 3 point jumps + R & L Knee to Elbow using Medicine Ball
4. Side Leap using Medicine Ball OR Suicides (W/or W/O weight)
5. Tricep Dips + Knee Tuck OR Table Tricep Dips + Suitcase Abs
6. Walking Pike Push-ups /Pike to Reg
End with a strength routine TBA
