Sand Bag Swing

Sand Bag Up Right Row

Sand Bag Squat Jump Press

Sand Bag Lunge Press Side Turn

Resistance, Cardio & Core Workout:

10/50 6X2 = 12 rounds.

Clean & Press  (Bag, eights, or medicine ball)

Squat Leaps

3 Tier Push ups

Table top tri dips

Squat & Press (Bag, eights, or medicine ball)

Switch Lunge’s

Stretch
