12/8 Simple (not Easy) No Equipment Workout

After 2 days of the flu and missing this years Jiggle Bell Run I pulled this out while Grandma Tina watched Miss Eva

50/10 X 4

1) 4 switch lunges + 4 sumo squats
2) 3 walking push up (left then right)
3) 5 high knees + 1 high jump squat
4) oblique mt climbers
5) c-cit in, out and up abs
