Easy Traveling Workout (No Equipment)

50sec Sweat/10sec Transition X 3

1) 10 Switch Lunges + 10 Sumo Squats
2) 3 Walking Pushups to left then right
3) 5 High Knees + 1 Jump Squat (prego alt: Deep Squat)
4) Oblique Mountain Climber (prego alt: Step into rather than hop)
